I can help you find more peace in a difficult situation that causes stress. I can help you feel better about yourself, feel less depressed and anxious while you navigate this transition. You will feel more peace and certainty while you gain empowerment in a difficult situation.
Are you currently thinking about divorce, going through a divorce and worried about your kids? Are you already divorced and have co-parenting issues with an ex? Are you a teen or college student who is affected emotionally by your parent’s divorce and having a difficult time with it? Are you a college student who is struggling with the transition into college and suffer from anxiety or depression?
Making the decision to come to counseling is a big one. Whether you are going through a transition such as leaving your relationship and divorcing your partner, or a college student who is leaving the comfort of home behind to enter the new world of college, I can help you navigate this transition with peace and certainty. Sometimes it helps to have an outside party help you through this transition and who is unbiased.
Because I am not in your family or your friendship circle but still have your well-being at heart, you can speak freely and with complete confidentiality and most importantly-without being judged. I will not give you the answers to your problems, but rather help you find your own answers to ultimate happiness and peace. I associate the counseling process to driving in the car together; I will hold the road map and you will drive the car. It is ultimately up to you what turns and stops you will make along the way, but I will always support you in your decisions and choices while holding the map to help you find more well-being. There are many ways to get to your destination, and there many ways for us to work together to solve your current problems. I will also help you feel more empowered in a situation that may make you feel powerless right now.
So if you're struggling with depression or anxiety about your transition or relationship, I'd like to help you as you discover what works best for you. If you could use some support, know that you don't have to go through this alone.
